education is on at 10:00pm because there is a lot of inappropriate vocabulary
which is not available for children to hear and 10:00 is past the time in which
children normally go to sleep so it is okay to put this kind of comedy on at
this time.
Are they on after the watershed? Yes because the watershed
is 9:00 and bad education is on at 10:00
